Order Generator Enhancements

We are excited to unveil several new time-saving options that have been added to our Order Generator tool.  As our community of users has grown, we have received numerous suggestions and feedback on ways to improve the flexibility and efficiency of our tool. Based on this feedback, we have implemented several new filtering tools and options with maximum efficiency in mind.

We have added 3 new options to enhance the user’s ability to organize and streamline the order writing process.

The first enhancement is the ability to save filter settings for future use.  In the past, users were forced to recreate their favorite filter settings each time they opened and executed a new template.  Users now have the option to save multiple filtering combinations after the first execution.  Once the filter selections are named and saved, users can execute them repeatedly on future templates by simply choosing them from a drop-down menu.

The second upgrade is the ability to use Weeks of Supply (WOS) as the guiding metric in conjunction with the “Min Up” button.  Previously the Min Up option was limited to using simple unit volumes.  Now users have the option to select weeks of supply as the key metric used to increase order volumes in a blanketed fashion.

The final new enhancement is the addition of an “Undo” option.  This new feature provides users with an easy “undo” of their most recent change or keystroke made to the template. Previously users had no way to simply unexecute their last action within a template.  Now users have an efficient option to simply nullify the last action or keystroke without having to reset the template or retrace several steps.  It should be noted that this new function only changes or nullifies the very last executed change…not a sequence of steps.
