Report 122 Not Displaying Correctly

Problem

Report 122 is not displaying column headers correctly in the web report output or as a WebQuery.

Solution

The issue originates from your lack of a choice of column preferences and ordering for the order generation template output. 

To set these preferences, see the following link after following the steps below:
  1. Click on "Order Generation" → "Order Generator". Find the tab next to "Saved Templates" called "User Preferences". Set your template column preferences according to the documentation in step 2. Make sure to save your column preferences at the bottom right when done.
  2. User Ordering Preferences
  3. Re-Run the report 122 to verify your columns are now being returned and displayed correctly.
