Android - Mobile App Not Available in Play Store

Problem

The user attempts to install the Avantalytics mobile app to their Android device and either does not see the app or is told the app is incompatible.

Possible Fix 1:

Go to your settings > Apps. Find "downloads" and then data. Make sure "Restrict background data" is not turned on.
Do the same for "google play services"
The next step would be to clear the cache for both apps.

Possible Fix 2:

Clear Play Store Go to Settings > Apps Manager > [ select Play Store app] > Clear Data / Uninstall updates)
