What to check when an item does not show up as available to order.
Solution
Here are the steps to take to resolve this:
1.) Is it present in report 21 -- Master item listing? If not, need to submit new item setup.
2.) Is it present in report 53 -- Market Availability? If not, need to submit new MP with item on MP.
3.) Is it present in the pack type you're attempting to order -- report 107? If not, need to add item to pack type used for ordering.
4.) Is it present in the available inventory at the warehouse - report 141? If not, need to add item to available inventory.
5.) Is it present on an active store exception for stores in question - report 129? If yes, need to remove exception.
