To set these preferences, see the following link after following the steps below:
  1. Click on "Order Generation" → "Order Generator".  Find  Find the tab next to "Saved Templates" called "User Preferences". Set your template column preferences according to the documentation in step 2.  Make  Make sure to save your column preferences at the bottom right when done.
