Item Not Showing Up As Orderable
Problem
What to check when an item does not show up as available to order, or when stores do not show as active for items.
Solution
Here are the steps to take to resolve this:
1.) Is it present in report 21 -- Master item listing? If not, need to submit new item setup.
2.) Is it present in report 53 -- Market Availability? If not, need to submit new MP with item on MP (Lowes) or new 531 with this item on it (Home Depot).
3.) Is it present in the pack type you're attempting to order -- report 107? If not, need to add item to pack type used for ordering.
4.) Is it present in the available inventory at the warehouse - report 141? If not, need to add item to available inventory.
5.) Is it present on an active store exception for stores in question - report 129? If yes, need to remove exception.
