Store Shipments

Overview

By clicking on the "Shipments" icon on the home menu, you can view the number of recent and up-coming shipments for your company, as well as any participating partnering company for which you may be providing merchandising services. As shown below - the demo shot shows that 57 shipments to the currently localized store are on record. If you had any merchandising partners who have provided their shipment data to Avantalytics it would be listed below Acme Brick Co totals. You can click on any company to reach the second screenshot below. 

The shipment details show the expected arrival date as well as the PO if available. By clicking on any specific PO you can view the contents details of the specific shipment and optionally confirm that its arrived in the event that not key-receipt process exists. When you've done so - the prior screen will display the PO in green instead of gray to signify its receipt. The information that the PO has been confirmed will also be made available to the shipper.

Notes:  The default is to only bring in open PO data as well as 60 days of historical delivered POs.
