Consumer Item Rankings (20)
Overview
This report shows the consumer star rankings for each item for the current retailer as well as the distribution of customer rankings and, where available, access to the actual textual reviews. It can help you evaluate your portfolio of items to determine which items may be potentially discontinued due to poor performance/customer acceptance. It can also provide insight for product teams illuminating how different items are being received by the end consumer.
