Overview

The Precipitation Map is designed to show you historical patterns of rain. Unlike the temperature maps, rain is very difficult to aggregate by either time or geography. We solved this issue by provide a cycling time period, so that you can see the rain patterns as they move over time. This insight is great for understanding whether a given area was subject to precipitation or had perfectly sunny weather during a given time period and in a given region.
