The more you can automate, the less you have to juggle in your mind. The ability to schedule reports in Avantalytics makes it so you have one less thing to worry about each week. Scheduling reports is easy - when you finally get the parameters of the report you need just right. In every report, there is a "schedule reportSchedule Report" button in the upper right hand corner of any report. Clicking this button brings up a simple-to-use window that prompts you to fill out delivery time of day, frequency, output type (CSV, HTML, etc) and designate the other employees to whom the report should be delivered. It couldn't be any easier, as once you've completed these steps, it's truly a set it and forget it activity. Once you do this minimal amount of work, , allowing you to sit back and wait for the data to be delivered to you according to your exact specifications.
